Print/Bindery
Press or bindery operators needed. Experience in offset or flexographic printing and or bindery helpful. Die-cutting, lamination, large cutter and finishing. Apply in person or mail resume.

Small Sign Maker
Experienced sign maker needed.
Must be able to handle light fabrication and installation.
Knowledge of the following helpful:
*Estimating
*Vinyl application/ plotting
*Laminating
*Adobe Illustrator
*Large Format Digital Presses Roll or Flat
*Posters/ Dry Mounting
*Vehicle Graphics/ Installation
Must have a current driver's license, clean driving record and pass drug testing. -
Digital Print Operator
Operator needed for a digital sheet fed production press.
Basic Qualifications:
Attention to detail a must.
Ability to read & interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them to Supervisor.
Knowledge of substrates and their limitations/characteristics.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and rip software required.Basic mechanical abilities and motor skill.
Press Operation
Submit, release, and reprint jobs to the press.
Adjust for registration and color accuracy.
Perform press cleaning, replenishing of consumables, and replacing of filters & bottles and waste container.
Perform adjustments and general maintenance procedures as necessary.
Contact and interact with press support as needed.
Respond and alert management to fault, error, and alert messages.
Troubleshoot problems that occur during job submission or the printing process.
Utilize proper paper handling and loading
Monitor and report environmental changes that may impact equipment performance (humidity and temperature).

Screen Room Operations
Job Title: Screen Room Production
Job Description: We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and self-starting individual to maintain daily operations of our screen room at a fast-paced screen printing company. This full-time position will require hands-on involvement with screen preparation, maintenance, and coordination between production teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Image Screens for Printing Presses: Coat and expose screens with emulsion and design images for printing.
Wash and Reclaim Screens: Clean and reclaim used screens, preparing them for reuse.
Prep Reclaimed Screens for Burning: Apply fresh emulsion and prepare screens for exposure.
File and Pull Film: Accurately file and retrieve film for incoming jobs, ensuring they match the required specifications.
Organize Daily Orders: Coordinate and prioritize daily screen preparation tasks to ensure efficient distribution of screens between multiple presses.
Assist in Other Production Areas: Support the team in other production tasks as needed to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in screen printing or production environments is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
